AMIT DUHLANI
Founder & Promoter
Amit Duhlani is a successful serial entrepreneur having interests in Real Estate & Construction, Exports, Education, Healthcare and IT businesses with over 24 years of experience in India, Africa, GCC and China. He is the Founder and Promoter at Naavya, Enso Group, Metro Global Exports and various other companies and firms. A Mumbai- native, Amit, holds an Executive MBA degree from ISB (India)/ Wharton (USA)/ Kellogg (USA). A gemmologist by interest & training, he completed his Bachelor’s of Commerce degree from H.R College of Economics and Commerce, Mumbai and went on to complete his Masters in MIS from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ, USA.
RAHUL TIMBADIA
Co-Founder & Promoter
Rahul Timbadia is a science and law graduate from Mumbai. He started the steel business in 1971. He emerged as a leading importer of steel from various countries like Japan, Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, etc. and was a director in Mumbai Iron & Steel Merchants Association for 9 years. In 1986, he diversified into the business of real estate and established Saj Hotels Pvt. Ltd in 1997. The group took over a listed company Drillco Metal Carbides Ltd which is subsequently changed to Latim Metal and Carbides Ltd and has a manufacturing unit for colour-coated steel, in Umargaon, Gujarat. He has been an active Rotarian and Centennial District Governor of Rotary District 3140.
RAMESH JAISINGHANI

Ramesh Jaisinghani, is promoter and former whole time director at Polycab India Limited, India’s largest cable & wires company. He was instrumental in setting up all the various factories across India for Polycab India Limited. Mr. Ramesh has over 50 years of rich business experience.

Mr. Haresh Duhlani, is a seasoned business man having over 50+ years of work experience in textiles & real estate. He has successfully set up domestic & exports specialising in African textiles from India. He forayed into Real Estate and has successfully made homes for over 1000 happy families in the city of Mumbai & Pune.

Sudhagadh, one of Maharashtra’s best natural hill forts, carries a rich history that dates backs to the 2nd century. Formerly known as Bhorapgadh this hill fort got its name after its capture by the Marathas in 1657. The hill fort was renamed as Sudhagadh meaning “The Sweet Fort” and was even considered to be the capital of Maratha Empire by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. He, however chose Raigad as the capital due to its central location.
